Like the mythical chimera, we are made up of many parts—some are completely out of our conscious awareness.
My creations and offerings (holistic therapy, dream coaching, guided meditation and yoga nidra, nonfiction writing, hypnotherapy, SoulCollage™, soulful workshops and retreats focused on the inner work) are interconnected in my passion-filled mission to support other along their own inward journey.
As we become evermore conscious in our day-to-day existence, we integrate, moving towards wholeness. At the deepest core of our being, we re-discover and re-member our truth, and the vast potentials that come with accessing higher levels of consciousness.
From there, soulful living is limitless.
I recall the phrase, When You’re Going Through Hell, Keep Going. Today, I stand on the other side of a few ‘dark nights of the soul’ (complicated grief/loss, a six-year cancer journey, betrayal). These experiences taught me to look for guidance in my dreams, befriend my inner physician, and trust spiritual and ancestral wisdom. Empathy, acceptance, and intuition blossomed.
With the right tools and commitment to the practices, I believe it’s possible to heal, thrive, and soar. Ready to take the deep dive with me?
